What is RSS?

RSS (Really Simple Syndication or Rich Site Summary) is a format for delivering regularly changing web content.  It allows you to easily stay informed by retrieving the latest content from the site you are interested in without needing to visit the site.  For example, if you want to pray for KORE, you don't have to continually visit the site to see what we're up to, you can set up the feed on your computer and all our news will come direct to you.
